I do apologise for not having an episode for Monday gone.
I completed a half marathon on Sunday for a Domestic Abuse Helpline fundraising. I unfortunately suffered from severe sunstroke after the marathon and was bedridden for two days .
I am up and ready to restart

Today’s guest speaker is Anon , he is a male victim of domestic abuse . It is important that we remain mindful and acknowledge that domestic violence is not exclusively abuse against women only. That there are male victims and female perpetrators of domestic abuse in heterosexual relationships , male and female perpetrators in LGBTQ+ relationships.
