I am domestic abuse survivor ,a mother and a warrior on a mission to fight the battle in efforts to emancipate others who suffer at the hands of their abuser, victims who are still living with the devastation domestic abuse.My podcast follows my survivor story and those of other brave survivors.The podcast will also feature guest speakers who have knowledge and experience of working in the field as well as guests who are survivors,domestic abuse champions and ambassadors.I carried the shame ,humiliation and trauma with me for years and although it can never completely leave me, I have found the power to harness these residual feelings of shame ,humiliation and trauma to drive awareness of the ugly truth of domestic abuse. I have found my voice which I will use fearlessly to break the silence of domestic violence.

FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY- DR ANTORIA GILLON
Today ,I welcome Dr. Antoria Gillon, a survivor of domestic violence and a child witness of domestic violence and abuse perpetrated by her father.All the men in her family have been incarcerated for domestic violence and in total ,collectively served 160 years in prison of which her father did 25 years.
Through her lived experience and business and pay holy education from various Universities including ,Harvard , Antoria founded there non-profit organisation called "FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY"( FOTE).
Antoria is also the CEO of FOTE which is based in Dallas,Texas.
In this episode we will touch on Antoria's lived experience and her unique relationship with her father , her abuser .Antoria will also be talking about FOTE's mission , what services they provide at FOTE and how they transform the lives of victims of domestic violence and abuse .
